Crispy Mission Style Burrito

Freezer Mission Style Burritos are quick and easy just to micro with a damp paper towel, but when I’m home, or at an office with a toaster oven or any oven, I like to crisp them up.

Breakfast was Smoothee

Dinner was Loaded Baked Potato Soup + Broccoli

Unwrap from the plastic wrap, and re-wrap in foil. Bake on a rack for 25 minutes at 350 from frozen. Less if thawed. Turning several times.

Once burrito is heated through, remove from foil, coat or spray with butter or other oil and back into the oven to crisp. Again turning to crisp evenly.

Serve with salsa, and salad (link) broccoli slaw. Or a side of corn, or any veggies.
