Chunky Marinara & Meatballs

So I had a batch of Chunky Vegetable Marinara and some March Meatballs so you know this was going to happen.

Lunch was Chicken Salad & Sandwiches

Just finishing up the chunky veggie marinara. This is so versatile in the freezer, chicken parn, meatballs, Italian sausage instant meal good to go.
Drop some pasta, and heat some meatballs.
Spaghetti, sauce, meatballs.
Top with freshly grated parm, and a bit of parsley if you have it, or basil, or celery leaves, or nothing at all.
Cool the rest completely, portion and freeze. See Chunky Vegetable Marinara … We will do this again, oh yes we will!
