Looking at what needs used up of fresh veggies before tomorrows shopping. Waited until after Easter looking for sales on ham, lamb, eggs or or other traditional Easter foods. Have a couple small potatoes left, and I cut a steak from the cauliflower head when making yesterday’s stir-fry.
