Twice Baked Potatoes and Cauliflower Steak

Looking at what needs used up of fresh veggies before tomorrows shopping. Waited until after Easter looking for sales on ham, lamb, eggs or or other traditional Easter foods. Have a couple small potatoes left, and I cut a steak from the cauliflower head when making yesterday’s stir-fry.

Breakfast = Maple Raisin Brown Sugar Overnight Oats

Lunch = Moroccan Chickpea Stew
