Yes, I said chowder! I’m a huge fan of soups warm, comforting, easy to reheat in the work microwave or at home.

Breakfast was Corned Beef Hash & Egg

Lunch Crispy Mission Style Burrito

So I separated the carrots and potatoes from the corned beef broth, that left the onions, garlic, cabbage, and celery in the liquid. I took my handy dandy stick blender and blended that all together to make a thicker heartier broth. Almost looks creamy doesn’t it?

Got that into a pot, with a good amount of black pepper. Taste for salt, shouldn’t need any. Heat over medium low to reduce slightly.

Chop down the carrots and potatoes to smaller bites.
