After you have enjoyed your Roasted Chicken Thigh with Mac-n-Cheese what is the “planned over” for the rest of the mac and cheese? Chili Mac for some lunches. These don’t freeze so will be having them several days this week.

After I mixed the mac and the cheese sauce, and took our serving for dinner.

I divided the mac into three containers. Then opened a can of no bean chili.

Divided the chili between the containers, and gave them a stir.

Just micro for a couple minutes stirring once. With an apple .. or an orange.
