Bangers & Mash with Peas

Traditional Irish meal of sausage, mashed potatoes and gravy with seasoned green peas. Simple and hearty.

Breakfast Freezer Pancakes

Lunch Chili Mac

One Irish sausage link, a medium potato, onion, garlic, beef stock.
Take good slice from the onion and quarter.
Place the cubed potato in a pot and cover with cool water, toss in a smashed clove of garlic.
Plate the potatoes and the sausage.
Smother with gravy and onion, add peas. Now that’s dinner!
