Voodles & Sausage Ragu

Having single serving meals can be a lifesaver on busy morning. Most people have a microwave at least at work, so if you have heat and eat servings ready you are good.

Got called in on Monday so had to grab a freezer lunch.

Had some single portion sausage ragu – commonly known as spaghetti sauce. It can be difficult to boil pasta at work, so the next best thing is a pack of voodles. They will cook in the same time as the sauce.
We’ll need some Parmesan for that.
Pack of ragu, pack of voodles, and some parm.
Remove the zoodles and place in a microwave safe container.
Top it with the ragu, and microwave in 30 second intervals.
Top with the parm and enjoy.

I have always cooked, I was that person who could make a meal from an empty fridge. I have lived alone and with large and small families, I have cooked for camps on wood stoves, and in professional kitchens. I have lived and worked all over the west from Montana, to Seattle to Arizona to San Diego. I have traveled, maybe not 'all over the world', yet, and have collected tastes recipes and techniques everywhere, and every one I meet.
