Breakfast Burrito

I was still working nearly full time at this point.

Grabbed a breakfast burrito from the freezer.
Unwrapped it from the plastic wrap.
Draped it in a damp paper towel. When ever you reheat anything with a baked component add a damp paper towel, or a cup with some water – it keep them from turning hard and tough.
Covered it with the original plastic wrap and popped it in the micro for a minute or two. Usually if these are going to travel I will put a paper towel around them so I have one when I get to work.
Removed from the micro – look at those lovely char marks on that tortilla.
Topped it with some salsa.
And YUM!

I have always cooked, I was that person who could make a meal from an empty fridge. I have lived alone and with large and small families, I have cooked for camps on wood stoves, and in professional kitchens. I have lived and worked all over the west from Montana, to Seattle to Arizona to San Diego. I have traveled, maybe not 'all over the world', yet, and have collected tastes recipes and techniques everywhere, and every one I meet.
