Rice & Mushroom Gravy

I had a good bit of gravy left from the Loco Moco with Mushroom Gravy, so I just took some Rice for Burritos and the Freezer with that rich mushroomy gravy for lunch.

Breakfast = Overnight Oats – Pina Colada Flavor

Dinner I just heated up some of the BBQ Pork Pork Stew with beans

This is why you always keep any extra gravies or sauces. Just toss it with some rice and a quick and easy lunch basically cost and effort free. Could even be taken to any workplace that has a microwave.
