Sausage and Cabbage

The cooked sausage lends itself both to southern andouille and also the eastern Europe dishes. This one tends more German with the cabbage and seasonings.

Big breakfast big dinner so just grabbed some Salad – seems basic but… with Ranch – powder & dressing for lunch.

Almost a eastern European stir fry here. Sausage, potato, cabbage.
Add butter and oil to the a pan.
Brown the sausage and peppers.
Shave some cabbage
Add salt, pepper, ground mustard, and caraway seed.
Add pepper flake to taste. And a cube of vegetable stock to deglaze.
Cover and steam 15-20 minutes until potatoes and cabbage are soft.
Plate .. or bowl rather.
Garnish with celery leaves.
