Sausage & Egg

I picked up some breakfast sausage on my little shop that was on sale. Sausages freeze very well, While I was making breakfast sandwiches for the freezer, might as well make a breakfast.

I held back a couple sausage links, and one biscuit from the sandwiches. An egg & some jam
Brown the sausage links over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low, and add the egg to the pan with the sausage fat.
Some jam on the biscuit, sweet and savory breakfast.

I have always cooked, I was that person who could make a meal from an empty fridge. I have lived alone and with large and small families, I have cooked for camps on wood stoves, and in professional kitchens. I have lived and worked all over the west from Montana, to Seattle to Arizona to San Diego.
