Taco bowl

With the beans in the fridge and taco meat in the freezer a taco bowl is quick and easy way to use up the beans in a popular bowl.

This will be L23 & 26.

Leftover beans, taco meat, cheese, salsa and yogurt (it stands in nicely for sour cream).
Put half the leftover beans in the bowl, top with taco meat and micro for 1-2 minutes until warmed through.
Top with shredded cheese, and micro for another minute to melt.
Top with salsa and a dollop of plain yogurt.
Repeat for L26. Add taco meat and cheese to the remaining beans in the container.
Heat add sauce and plain yogurt.
