Bacon egg e-muffin

Actually this will be the same for 5 breakfasts (10-15-23-26-37). How many strips you get from a bacon pack will determine the number of these you will have before you buy more bacon. When working full schedule I usually have this on off days when there is more time to prbepare and eat a meal.

Bacon and English muffin from freezer, and an egg.
Add bacon to cold pan and turn on the medium heat.
Turn bacon several times while cooking to desired crispness.
Have a paper towel ready to land the bacon on from the pan to drain.
MMMMM bacon!
Drain the bacon on paper towels.
Cook the egg in the bacon fat off the heat, or very low heat.
Put your English muffin in the toaster.
And there you have it. If you need a bit of sweet add some jam to one half of muffin, and sop up the lovely yolk with the other.
