Wings & Cauliflower Wings

We just had cauliflower steak, now cauliflower wings?? Yup!

Lunch was Pesto Pasta

Pat dry a wing pack. The best thing about wings is the crispy and the sauce. This doubles the fun.
Some cauliflower florets from when we cut the cauliflower steak from center of the head for Steak and Cauliflower Steak
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then flip for another 10 minutes to get everything crispy.
While the wings are baking prep some celery.
Paint the sauce on the wings and cauliflower a couple times, returning to the oven between.
Crispy, sweet, spicy, sticky.
Ranch for dipping and a bit of celery leaf garnish … cause that’s how we roll.
