Greek Chicken & Salad

Simple Greek style chicken with a salad. Nice lighter diner.

Breakfast just some Granola ways

A quick marinade – about 15 minutes. The yogurt makes for very tender meat.
Put a bit of oil on a baking sheet, then the chicken. Bake in a preheated 350 oven about 15 minutes or until done.
Once the chicken is done – this is why we put foil on the baking sheet.
Let the chicken rest a few minutes.
Then slice.
And plate.
