Breakfast Biscuit

Having breakfast biscuits, or breakfast burritos in the freezer can be a lifesaver on busy mornings. Easy to prep, then reheat in the oven or microwave. You know what is in them, and you can adjust them to your own taste as you go.

Grab a biscuit from the freezer. Unwrap the plastic wrap, but save the wrap.
Dampen a paper towel and cover the plate with the plastic wrap.
Micro for 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on your micro.

Whenever you are reheating anything baked, like a biscuit, or even a doughnut adding some moisture to the microwave will keep it from turning into a tough hard mess. A damp paper towel, or a cup of water in the micro.

Zest an orange into your citrus salt cup.
Quicker than drive through, and healthier.
Glad I have four more in the freezer.

Angel

I have always cooked, I was that person who could make a meal from an empty fridge. I have lived alone and with large and small families, I have cooked for camps on wood stoves, and in professional kitchens. I have lived and worked all over the west from Montana, to Seattle to Arizona to San Diego. I have traveled, maybe not 'all over the world', yet, and have collected tastes recipes and techniques everywhere, and every one I meet.
