Voodles & Meatballs

Surprisingly light ‘pasta’ dish that is a great freezer grab for weeknights – with Just bacon & egg breakfast I needed more veggies.

Put a chunky marinara pack and a voodle pack on a plate and micro for 30 seconds.
Chunky Vegetable Marinara & Zoodles or Voodles, rather.
You just need them soft enough to easily remove from the bags.
Place both into a saute pan, and add 1/2 bag of water from the marinara bag.
Mix well over medium heat.
Nestle in four frozen meatballs. Simmer 15 minutes until meatballs are heated through.
Top with grated Parmesan and allow to melt.
Slide onto a plate and enjoy!
