Meatballs with gravy

Again, using what I’m prepping to make something different along the way.

While baking the Meatballs & patties I get some potatoes going on the stove.

Peel a potato, and cube.
Start the potatoes in cold water and bring to a boil.
When the meatballs are done transfer the drippings to a saute pan. Add a tablespoon of flour and cook down until the flour has absorbed the fat, add a cup of milk.
When the potatoes are fork tender, drain.
Mash the potatoes with a bit of butter and milk until creamy.
Plate the potatoes and ladle gravy over the top, with 4 little meatballs.
And a salad on the side.
