Burrito 3 ways.

So I had another can of refried beans and felt like a hearty lunch.

Open a can of beans.
Unwrap the burrito from the plastic wrap and put on a plate with 1/3 can beans.
Cover with the wrap. Micro for 1.5 minutes.
Cover burrito with salsa, and beans with cheese.
Micro for another minute until burrito is heated through and cheese is melted.
Perfect Tex-Mex lunch.
Yum!
Put the remainder of the beans into a container in the fridge.

With a side of broccoli.

Brush burrito with oil and bake 450 wrapped for 20 minutes, open for another 15-20 to desired crispness.
Crispy burrito with Spanish style rice.
