Chili Cheeseburgers

Getting close to 100 days! Supplies are getting a bit slim, but still have some tricks up my sleeve. Still have two cans of chili, one with beans and one without, those are at least a couple servings each, and big flavor.

Breakfast was a Freezer Fritatta

For lunch I opened a can of tuna for a few days of Tuna Salad lunches

Thawed some ground beef patties, and an English muffin. Some chopped onion and shredded cheese for topping, and some mixed veggies for side.
Top the hot burgers with hot chili and then immediately with the shredded cheese to get it all melty.
Add diced raw onion, and veggie side.

I have always cooked, I was that person who could make a meal from an empty fridge. I have lived alone and with large and small families, I have cooked for camps on wood stoves, and in professional kitchens. I have lived and worked all over the west from Montana, to Seattle to Arizona to San Diego. I have traveled, maybe not 'all over the world', yet, and have collected tastes recipes and techniques everywhere, and every one I meet.
